This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, shared and protected when you visit omicaphotography.com (the "Website") and when you contact Omica Poker Club through the forms published on it. Please read it together with our Cookies Policy and Terms & Conditions.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The Website is owned and operated by MOBILE APP DEVELOPERS LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, trading as Omica Poker Club. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, MOBILE APP DEVELOPERS LTD is the data controller.

2. What personal data we collect

We only collect data that you choose to give us, plus a limited amount of technical information generated automatically when a browser requests a page.

2.1 Data you provide

• Identification data — the name you enter into a callback or enquiry form.
• Contact data — your email address, and optionally the city or country you provide.
• Enquiry content — the direction or enquiry type you select and any free text you write about your room, timber preferences, timing or restoration needs.
• Consent record — the fact that you ticked the consent box, together with the date and time.

Please do not send us special category data (such as health, religious or biometric information) through the forms. We do not request it and do not need it in order to answer you.

2.2 Data collected automatically

• Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen size, language settings and referring page, recorded in standard server logs.
• Usage data — pages viewed, the time of the request and general interaction with the Website.

We do not add enquiry addresses to a mailing list automatically. If we ever offer a workshop newsletter, it will require a separate, clearly worded opt-in, and every message will contain a one-click unsubscribe link. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect our ability to reply to an enquiry you have already sent.

5. Who we share data with

We never sell personal data. We share it only where it is necessary to run the Website and answer you:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store the Website files and process server logs on our instructions.
• Email service providers used to receive and answer your message.
• Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers, insurers) where strictly necessary and under a duty of confidentiality.
• Public authorities where disclosure is required by law, a court order or a lawful regulatory request.
• A successor entity if the business or its assets are reorganised, merged or transferred, subject to the same protections described here.

All processors act under written instructions and are permitted to use your data only for the purpose we specify.

• Consent records — for as long as we rely on that consent, plus a reasonable period afterwards as proof of compliance.

• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• request erasure of your data where there is no continuing lawful reason to keep it;

• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

9. Security

The Website is served over an encrypted connection and access to enquiry correspondence is limited to staff who need it to prepare a reply. We apply organisational and technical measures including access control, regular software updates and confidentiality obligations for everyone handling enquiries. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do take every reported incident seriously and will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.

10. Children

The Website is intended for adults commissioning furniture and club equipment. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and it will be deleted.
