These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of omicaphotography.com (the "Website") and the enquiry services offered through it. By browsing the Website or submitting a form you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Website.

1. Who we are

The Website is owned and operated by MOBILE APP DEVELOPERS LTD, registered in the United Kingdom at 2 FREDERICK STREET, KINGS CROSS, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, WC1X 0ND, trading as Omica Poker Club ("we", "us", "our"). Written contact is available at [email protected].

2. Eligibility

The Website is intended for adults aged 18 or over who are commissioning furniture, club equipment or related craft services. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that the information you provide is accurate and your own.

3. Nature of the information published

The Website presents our workshop, our materials and examples of previous builds. All descriptions, timber characteristics, illustrations, dimensions and lead times are indicative and provided for general information. Timber is a natural material: colour, figure and tone vary between boards, and the appearance of a finished piece will differ from any illustration shown here.

Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer. The content is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a decision about your room, floor loading or installation.

4. Enquiries and the commission process

1. You submit a callback request or enquiry through a form on the Website, or write to us by email.
2. We reply by email, normally within one business day, and may ask follow-up questions about your room, the format you play and access to the space.
3. Where a commission is possible, we prepare drawings, timber options and a build schedule for your approval.
4. A commission becomes binding only when a separate written agreement is concluded between you and MOBILE APP DEVELOPERS LTD. Those documents, not these Terms, govern the build itself.

We may decline or discontinue an enquiry at our discretion — for example where a requested species is unavailable, where the access route makes a safe installation impossible, or where the request falls outside our craft.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
• submit another person's details without their authority, or submit false information;
• send abusive, defamatory, obscene or discriminatory content through the forms;
• upload or transmit material containing viruses, worms or other harmful code;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server or any connected system;
• use automated systems to scrape, harvest, mirror or overload the Website;
• reproduce substantial parts of the Website for a competing commercial service.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, page structure, illustrations, graphics, layout, design system, logos and the "Omica Poker Club" name — is owned by or licensed to MOBILE APP DEVELOPERS LTD and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
